Maintenance management
Vessel management involves a number of services that must be maintained throughout the life of the vessel. A ship requires planned maintenance which involves repairs, spare parts, etc. But maintenance must also move in the direction of prevention, in order to reduce costs in repairs, except when it is unavoidable, and thus extend the life of the vessel.
Our services include:
- Implementation and execution of Technical and Maintenance Programs to guarantee a safe operation of the vessels..
- We carry out all necessary inspections to evaluate technical conditions of the vessels in all departments and areas.
- We perform periodic deflection checks on the main engine to control standard parameters and efficiency level.
- We can organize and contract workshops to carry out the repair and maintenance according to the Maintenance Plans.
- In due time we coordinate the repair in dock that corresponds to the ship.
- We submit a detailed technical and management report to the shipowner.
- We provide training courses to Captains, officers and crew members who request it (ECOIS, Onboard Security Officer, Bridge Resource Management, MLC2006, Management Code, etc.).
- We ensure a system for the management of registers and documents either in paper or electronic version. We will implement the one that best suits the characteristics of the vessel depending on different parameters such as Internet coverage, navigation area, number of crew, number of vessels, etc.
